Project Engineer - Instrument Cluster and Heads Up Display

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Engineer to join our team as a Project Engineer - Instrument Cluster and Heads Up Display. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the development of Instrument Cluster, Head-Up Displays, and In-car Displays to meet Design and Test standards.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Support the development of Instrument Cluster, Head-Up Displays, and In-car Displays to meet Design and Test standards.
  2. Project manage the supplier chain for Project timing, Test validation, and ensure cost and quality targets are met.
  3. Maintain part BOM across all vehicle programmes.
  4. Prepare functional specifications through discussion with system owners, customer-oriented engineering, styling, and trim engineers.
  5. Manage in-house and supplier test validation of the parts.
  6. Support vehicle development builds at European manufacturing sites, investigating, containing, and resolving issues as they arise.
  7. Conduct vehicle life cycle cost reduction idea and implementation.
Requirements
  1. Engineering degree or equivalent.
  2. Ideal experience of Instrument Cluster, Head-Up Displays, or Displays development within the automotive industry.
  3. Understanding of electrical theory related to the parts and connected circuits.
  4. Familiar with software development and validation methods.
  5. An understanding of LIN or CAN communication and tools.
