Key Responsibilities

  • Provide front of house reception duties, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment for our customers.
  • Develop and lead innovative and varied individual and group activities, promoting customer engagement and participation.
  • Evaluate and promote activities to enable customers to reach their full potential.
  • Assist and encourage customers to access and maintain a level of integration into the wider community.

Requirements

  • Experience of developing and leading customer involvement activities.
  • Previous experience working with a similar customer group is desirable.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer care skills.
  • Ability to work to deadlines and prioritize workloads.
  • Basic Microsoft Word and Excel skills.
  • NVQ2 in Health and Social Care, or willingness to work towards.
  • Literacy and numeracy equivalent to at least GCSE Grade C English and Maths.
