About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Customer Supporter at Whitley Court. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide front of house reception duties, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment for our customers.
- Develop and lead innovative and varied individual and group activities, promoting customer engagement and participation.
- Evaluate and promote activities to enable customers to reach their full potential.
- Assist and encourage customers to access and maintain a level of integration into the wider community.
- Work collaboratively with other staff to maintain a clean and comfortable environment.
Requirements
- Experience of developing and leading customer involvement activities.
- Previous experience working with a similar customer group is desirable.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer care skills.
- Ability to work to deadlines and prioritize workloads.
- Basic Microsoft Word and Excel skills.
- NVQ2 in Health and Social Care, or willingness to work towards.
- Literacy and numeracy equivalent to at least GCSE Grade C English and Maths.
