We are currently seeking a Quantitative Research Lead to join our Communications and Behavioral Insights division. This role involves overseeing customer insight and tracking initiatives, as well as evaluating Government communication strategies across diverse subject areas. You will engage with clients to foster enduring partnerships and play a pivotal role in executing our renowned public-sector communication and evaluation services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary liaison for clients
  • Oversee multiple customer insight and communication evaluation projects for major clients, ensuring efficient, profitable, and high-quality project execution
  • Participate in various project types, including qualitative and experimental research
  • Develop high-quality surveys and research instruments
  • Contribute to the preparation of reports and presentations for diverse senior stakeholders
  • Supervise one or more team members, supporting their professional growth and development
  • Gradually cultivate an area of specialized knowledge, such as a specific policy domain or innovative methodology

Candidate Profile

  • Demonstrated experience in a social or market research firm, with a focus on quantitative customer insight
  • Proven track record in project management and leadership, with strong client engagement skills and the ability to coordinate research teams effectively
  • Capable of responding swiftly and managing multiple tasks to meet deadlines
  • Skilled in interpreting data visualizations, identifying narratives within data, and communicating findings to clients in a compelling yet evidence-based manner
  • Exceptional attention to detail, along with strong verbal and written communication abilities, including the creation of engaging and insightful presentations and reports
  • A collaborative team player, eager to work with colleagues to achieve outstanding results and support the development of junior staff
