Job Summary

Clarion Housing Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Support Officer to join our dynamic team. As a Support Officer, you will play a vital role in providing an effective support service to customers with additional needs in designated services.

Main Responsibilities

  • Facilitate access to Clarion's Supported Housing services for people with additional support needs and multiple disadvantages.
  • Provide general needs housing and support services to vulnerable individuals.
  • Work closely with colleagues to ensure the best possible support is provided to customers.

Requirements

  • Experience in working with vulnerable adults who have additional needs, such as mental health and/or substance misuse issues, offending history, and disabilities.
  • Ability to travel across the region as required.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK and reside in England or Wales for the duration of employment.
