Your Housing Group is seeking a skilled Commercial Administrator to join our Repairs and Maintenance Division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective management of costs, contracts, and procurement processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage purchase orders, invoices, and payments to ensure timely and accurate processing.
- Monitor and control costs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing cost-saving measures.
- Collaborate with external contractors and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with contractual agreements.
- Provide administrative support to the team, including data analysis, reporting, and document management.
- Assist in the development and implementation of commercial policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Proven experience in commercial administration, cost control, or a related field.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
