Job Summary: We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Nursery Practitioner to join our team at Banana Moon Day Nurseries. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing a warm and caring atmosphere for our children, planning curriculum with room colleagues, and ensuring the highest standards of childcare.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safeguarding and Childcare: Safeguard the children at all times, including caring for them and supervising them during activities and play.
  • Parent Partnerships: Liaise with parents, including taking part in development progress review meetings and providing daily feedback to parents and carers.
  • Child Development and Progress: Take on key worker responsibilities, observing and planning for children's needs, providing exciting and stimulating activities based on the next steps for children.
  • Administrative Tasks: Track children's progress with our unique Parent App and adhere to nursery policies and procedures at all times.
