Position Overview: We are seeking a committed Support Assistant to join our compassionate team. In this role, you will play a vital part in providing assistance and care to elderly residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and review personalized care plans for assigned residents.
- Assist with daily living activities, including personal hygiene and mobility support.
- Facilitate the use of necessary aids and equipment to enhance residents' independence.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to address residents' health needs.
- Encourage participation in mental and physical activities to promote overall wellness.
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment for all residents.
- Monitor and address nutritional requirements, ensuring residents receive appropriate meals.

Qualifications: Ideal candidates will be working towards or have completed an SVQ Level 3 in Social Care. Basic computer skills are essential. A respect for the Christian ethos of our organization is important, as is the ability to support residents in attending worship services.
