Clinical Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Specialist Nurse - IV Therapy. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to patients in their own homes, administering a range of IV therapies as specified in patient care plans.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver safe and effective nursing care to patients in their own homes, adhering to agreed clinical pathways and protocols.
- Conduct holistic assessments of patients' needs, identifying and addressing any concerns or issues that may impact their care.
- Administer a range of IV therapies, including medications and treatments, as specified in patient care plans.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care planning and delivery.
- Registered General Nurse (RGN) with current NMC registration.
- Experience in IV therapy administration and patient care in a homecare setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to meet the needs of patients and the organization.
- Knowledge of relevant clinical guidelines, policies, and procedures.
