We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to guide our agile development team in delivering software products and platforms. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing agile practices, removing impediments, tracking progress, and working cross-functionally to execute on project and product roadmaps.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate planning and execution of agile methodologies to ensure timely delivery of software products and platforms.
  • Mentor agile teams to deliver high-quality software following lean-agile principles and best practices.
  • Collaborate with project managers and sales teams to develop product/project roadmaps and release plans.
  • Work with technical teams to design solutions, remove barriers, manage risks, and oversee coordination of development sprints.
  • Efficiently manage and process daily BAU tasks to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Monitor agile processes, manage dependencies, and track velocity/productivity metrics to ensure team performance.
  • Lead daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and backlog grooming activities to ensure team alignment and progress.
  • Encourage continuous improvement by tuning the development process and identifying areas for optimization.
  • Identify and implement visibility measures for tracking team progress and ensuring transparency.
  • Communicate updates, priority shifts, and change impacts proactively to stakeholders, including customers and clients.
  • Manage project management tools, including Jira Software and Jira Service Desk, to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Proactively document projects and processes to ensure knowledge and experience are passed throughout the department.
  • Ensure all development output achieves the desired quality level, QA'ing projects as required.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience with agile methodologies, including Scrum, XP, and Kanban.
  • Strong servant leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and drive results.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, conflict resolution, and coaching skills.
  • Technical background with a solid grasp of software development lifecycle and agile principles.
  • Ability to proactively remove team impediments and drive project execution.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment dealing with ambiguity and uncertainty.
