HR Business Partner Opportunity

We are seeking a driven and motivated HR Business Partner to join our team at Maximum ManagementFrazer Jones USA in Bath. As an HR Generalist, you will provide support across all areas of the employee lifecycle, including learning & development, resourcing, and talent management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coach and mentor an HR Assistant on employee relations and lead on cyclical employee activities such as annual appraisals, benchmarking, and restructuring.
  • Work closely with the Head of HR on organisation change activities, including TUPE, organisation design, and wider HR projects.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies to support business objectives and improve employee engagement.
  • Provide HR advice and guidance to senior stakeholders and manage employee relations issues.
