Role Description:

As a Senior Paid Media Executive at JD Sports, you will lead and inspire a team of Executives & Assistants in our market-leading in-house Paid Media team. Your primary focus will be on spearheading best-in-class Paid Media implementation across Paid Social, Paid Search & Digital Display.

You will be responsible for leading the strategy and account direction, working closely with our tier 1 partners such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Google, YouTube, Bing, Apple, Pinterest, and emerging platforms. Additionally, you will manage key stakeholders across the business and integrate with other parts of the Multi-Channel team, including Organic Search, Affiliates & Partnerships, Content, CRO, and Analytics teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement Paid Social strategies to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Manage and optimize Paid Social campaigns across multiple channels, including Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure maximum cross-channel efficiencies and drive business results.
  • Provide regular updates on campaign performance and optimize strategies accordingly.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, research, and best practices to inform Paid Social strategies.
  • Build and manage innovative consumer-focused Paid Social campaigns from scratch, with a focus on key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Act as a Paid Social visionary, driving revenue growth and market share within these channels.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing sophisticated Paid Social campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of Paid Media, from an implementation perspective.
  • Experience with Facebook DPA, Retargeting, and Google Shopping.
  • Google Analytics experience.
  • Appreciation of the Paid Media ecosystem and how Paid Search influences Paid Social.
  • Facebook Blueprint Certified, Twitter Flight School, and Google Ads Certified.
  • Second language an asset.
