Job Title: Speech and Language Therapist

Location: Ruddlan, North Wales

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech and Language Therapist to join our team at PRO Nursing Healthcare Ltd. As a Speech and Language Therapist, you will work with students with complex needs and learning disabilities in a specialist residential educational college.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech and language therapy services to students with complex needs and learning disabilities
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to meet the needs of students
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and support for students
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students' communication needs
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve students' communication skills

Requirements:

  • HCPC registration as a Speech and Language Therapist
  • Experience working with students with complex needs and learning disabilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of speech and language therapy principles and practices
