Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Temporary Site Supervisor to oversee boiler replacements and plant room refurbishments on multiple sites across Scotland.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise subcontractors and site workers (up to 5 at a time) for health and safety compliance.
  • Oversee the coordination of site activities, including deliveries and varying trades.
  • Ensure room refurbishments are completed within the designated 5-week timeframe.
  • Maintain high standards of work and site safety throughout each project.
  • Liaise with project management and subcontractors to ensure smooth project completion.
  • Manage site logistics and resolve any on-site issues efficiently.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Mechanical systems knowledge is required.
  • Relevant certifications: SSSTS, CSCS Card, and Asbestos Awareness.
  • NVQ Level 3 in a relevant field or extensive industry experience (4-8 years preferred).
  • Experience in commercial or building services (no domestic work).
Work Conditions:
  • Working Hours: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday (40 hours/week).
  • Overtime may be required, with supervisor oversight on additional hours.
  • Free parking is available on-site.
  • Rate: Competitive day rate ranging from £240 per day including travel expenses and accommodation (if applicable).
