We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Receptionist at Premier Work Support. As the first point of contact for visitors, you will be responsible for providing a warm and welcoming experience, while also managing the front desk and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Distribute mail and packages in a timely and efficient manner
  • Act as the first point of contact for visitors, greeting them with a smile and providing assistance as needed
  • Manage the front door security system, including monitoring CCTV and reporting any suspicious activity
  • Manage the reception inbox, responding to emails and messages in a timely manner
  • Book meeting rooms and ensure that all necessary materials are available
  • Provide exceptional customer service to external contacts, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area, including the company fish tank

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent work experience
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude and work well in a team environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
