We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Trust and Corporate Fundraising Manager to join our team at NFP People. As a key member of our fundraising function, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with trusts, foundations, and corporate partners to secure funding for our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy to secure grants and corporate funding.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including trust and foundation managers, corporate partners, and other external stakeholders.
- Research and identify new funding opportunities, including trusts, foundations, and corporate partners.
- Prepare and submit high-quality funding applications, including written applications and face-to-face presentations.
- Manage and prioritize a portfolio of supporters, working to deadlines and agreed targets.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the interests and working methods of trusts and foundations.
- Stay up-to-date with trends and best practices in the fundraising sector, bringing fresh ideas and approaches to our work.
- Proven experience in grant fundraising, with a strong track record of achieving fundraising targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to identify new funding opportunities.
- Highly developed writing and presentation skills, with the ability to prepare and submit high-quality funding applications.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage and prioritize a portfolio of supporters.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to delivering results.
