About the Role

Connex Education is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our team of support staff in Primary Schools across Manchester.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support teachers in the classroom, providing assistance with lesson planning and delivery
  • Work with students who have additional needs, providing individualized support and accommodations
  • Assist with classroom management, maintaining a safe and organized learning environment
  • Communicate effectively with teachers, students, and parents to ensure a smooth and successful learning experience

Requirements:

  • Experience working with children who have additional needs
  • Hold a valid Level 1, 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Current DBS check or willingness to obtain one
