Field Fabric Maintenance Technician - Facilities Management Service Provider

We are pleased to present an opportunity with a reputable facilities management service provider for a mobile role focusing on fabric maintenance. This position involves working across various commercial properties, ensuring the upkeep and repair of fabric elements within the buildings. The ideal candidate will possess a solid foundation in essential fabric trades, including basic carpentry, plumbing, and painting skills. Compensation & Work Schedule
  • Competitive salary
  • Standard working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 am - 05:00 pm
  • On-call duty: 1 in 10

Key Responsibilities
  • Painting and decorating tasks
  • Basic lighting maintenance

  • Installation of pictures and shelves

  • Performing basic fabric maintenance duties, including touch-ups, tightening fixtures, installing or repairing window treatments, changing locks, and executing minor repairs on furniture and equipment.
Qualifications
