As the company broadens its offerings, they are seeking a knowledgeable Africa Travel Consultant to become part of their close-knit team.
Compensation: Competitive salary of up to £36,000 based on experience, along with performance bonuses and a hybrid working model.
Africa Travel Consultant - Responsibilities:
- Designing unforgettable travel experiences, customizing quotes to align with client preferences while achieving sales objectives.
- Delivering a seamless, customer-centric service throughout the booking process and beyond.
- Contributing to website content and various marketing initiatives.
Africa Travel Consultant - Required Skills & Experience:
• A minimum of 2 years in travel sales, ideally with a focus on East and Southern Africa for a UK-based tour operator.
• Personal travel experience in Southern and/or East Africa, coupled with robust destination expertise.
• Demonstrated success in a target-driven travel sales environment.
• A genuine commitment to providing outstanding customer service consistently.
• A strong motivation to excel, resilience, and a passion for travel and exploration.
Africa Travel Consultant - Key Benefits:
