We are seeking a skilled Service Advisor to join our client's main dealership in Gatwick. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to work in a high-performing team and deliver exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide outstanding customer service by understanding customer requirements and advising on cost, time scale, and workshop procedures.
- Work effectively in a busy dealership environment, managing high volumes of customers while maintaining a high standard of service.
- Previous motor trade experience is essential, with a strong background in customer service and a proven track record of delivering results.
- A steady work history and at least 2 years' experience working within the motor trade or car dealership as a Service Advisor.
- Pinnacle or Kerridge experience is desirable, but not essential. A strong understanding of dealership systems and processes is required.
- A competitive starting salary and excellent benefits package, including a company pension scheme.
