About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced FLT Operator to join our team at MTL Advanced Ltd. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient unloading, handling, and storage of materials, as well as maintaining accurate stock representation of the press racks.

About You

  • You will have a valid and in-date full Forklift Truck Licence – Counterbalance– Side loader.
  • You will possess overhead crane / slinging & lifting skills.
  • You will have a flexible approach to adapt to changing and challenging requirements.
  • You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels.
  • You will be able to remain focused on Quality and consistently reiterate its importance to others.
  • You will have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to generate innovative concepts and ideas.

Working Hours

You will work 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, rotating shifts (0600-1400, 1400-2200, 2200-0600).
