Job Overview

Framatome is seeking an experienced Apprentice Supervisor to join our team in the Installed Base Business Unit. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting and supervising Framatome projects related to Temporary Buildings or Structures erection on High-Performance Computing (HPC) sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Health and Safety Management: Manage all Health & Safety aspects of Installation activities on site, including Risk Assessments, Point of Work Risk Assessments review, Toolbox Talks, and on-site supervision.
  • Project Support: Provide technical and planning support to Framatome's clients and other tier 1 contractors.
  • Installation Management: Ensure the installation of works is as per design and process.
  • Coordination: Attend coordination meetings with the HPC Principal Contractor and their other tier 1 contractors.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Level 3 Apprenticeship in Engineering Construction - Pipefitting Standard or Mechanical or Plating, or Project Controls Technician.
  • Training: Enrolment onto ILM Level 3 Certificate C&BE plus completion of Nuclear Unit or Nuclear Engineering Construction Supervisor (NECS) and at least one of the following: LATS, SMSTS, or IOSH Managing Safely.
