As an HGV multi-drop transport operator at our Bicester Depot, you will embark on a professional driving journey supported by exceptional training and high operational standards. We provide a level of security, stability, and opportunity that is rare in the industry.

Your journey will begin with a comprehensive orientation, where you will acquire essential practical skills ranging from vehicle inspections to workplace safety protocols. Following this, you will accompany a Training Support Driver to familiarize yourself with your designated routes, preparing you for independent driving. As a multi-drop operator, you will be responsible for unloading stock at various stops, ensuring a dynamic workday with a mix of driving and delivery tasks. Expect to manage 8-15 deliveries each day.
