Position Overview

Creative Support is a national charity dedicated to providing assistance and care to elderly individuals. We are currently in search of a passionate and driven individual to design and manage a diverse array of engaging activities tailored for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a variety of activities that align with clients' aspirations and enhance their overall wellbeing.
  • Foster social inclusion through collaborative planning and execution of programs.
  • Work both independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and creativity.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A proactive and imaginative approach to activity coordination.
  • Patience and empathy essential for working in a care environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, characterized by a friendly and positive demeanor.
  • Familiarity with the local community resources will be beneficial.
Work Environment

This role offers a rewarding and enjoyable experience, with ample opportunities for personal and professional growth. You will receive comprehensive support from management and access to necessary resources for activity sessions.

Working Hours

The position requires flexibility, with hours typically spread over 3-4 days per week, generally between 9 AM and 5 PM, Monday to Friday. Occasional evening and weekend work may be necessary.
