About the Role

Centrality is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Specialist to join our team. As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the commercial relationship with customers, working closely with the Account Managers and business development team to drive new business growth and retention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively engage with customers to discuss small chargeable changes and collaboratively work with technical teams to formulate statements of work.
  • Provide commercial proposals and secure new or incremental business, meeting and exceeding all sales targets and KPIs set by line manager.
  • Uncover opportunities and create win strategies within the allocated base of customers, utilizing CRM for all customer engagement and updates.
  • Follow agreed sales methodology and processes for all leads and opportunity management, working closely with the sales support team to ensure exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and own a Personal Development Plan that aligns with the team's direction and focus, attending all mandatory training sessions and providing accurate and consistent performance forecasts to line manager.
  • Drive Customer Marketing Campaigns, ensuring relevant content is nurtured to the customer base.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a B2B selling environment, with a demonstrable track record of hitting targets for at least 6 months.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present findings in a clear and consistent manner.
  • Self-starter with excellent facilitation skills, experience in using and completing CRM systems, and sales process and/or training experience.
