Job Summary:

Pertemps TM is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior/Lead Drainage Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our Infrastructure Team, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring junior staff, managing projects, and providing technical expertise in drainage engineering.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Drainage/Infrastructure Team and provide technical guidance and support to junior staff.
  • Manage projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Develop and implement drainage engineering solutions that meet client needs and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide expert advice on drainage engineering matters.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory changes to ensure our services remain cutting-edge.

Requirements:

  • Chartered or close to chartered status in a relevant engineering discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience in drainage engineering, with a strong background in project management and team leadership.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Civil3D, MicroDrainage, and other relevant software.
