About the Role

We are seeking a talented Graduate Designer to join our dynamic Print & Pattern team at Next. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in designing and developing stunning patterns for a wide range of home products, from textiles and hard goods to kids' items, beauty, and gifting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop original artworks, including all-over prints and character design, to create unique and captivating patterns for our products.
  • Work closely with the Design Team to ensure that designs meet the company's high standards and are aligned with current trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring designs to life and ensure seamless execution.
  • Manage department requests, colour matching, archiving fabrics, and logging samples to ensure efficient workflow.
About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and creative individual with exceptional hand drawing skills and a passion for print and home design. You should have a strong interest in fashion and home trends, as well as excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

As a Graduate Designer, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from concept to completion, and will be encouraged to develop your skills and expertise through ongoing training and development.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need to have graduated in 2023 or 2024 and have a strong portfolio of work that showcases your design skills and creativity.
