SEN Teaching Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils in a mainstream school setting in Camden. As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the educational needs of SEN pupils are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide additional support to SEN pupils in a mainstream school setting
  • Work closely with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement individualized education plans
  • Assist with lesson planning and delivery to ensure SEN pupils receive the best possible education
  • Build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and staff to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with SEN pupils
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good understanding of the different educational needs of SEN pupils
