We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Coordinator to join our team at New Appointments Group. This is a permanent role based in the office, offering a competitive salary, 25 days holiday + bank holidays, free secure parking, a reward and recognition scheme, and private insurance.

This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to play a crucial role in the operations, ensuring the smooth handling of goods and materials.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Handling goods in activities, including receipting, counting, and ERP data entry.
  • Maintaining the warehouse, managing stock movements and control using the ERP system.
  • Allocating stock and kitting components into Work Packages.
  • Ensuring traceability of goods and materials.
  • Preparing materials for shipping and receiving goods after external processing.
  • Packing goods for dispatch according to industry standards or customer requirements.
  • Booking couriers and dispatching goods, ensuring Export Compliance rules are followed.
  • Performing general maintenance activities.
  • Driving details as required.
  • Any additional tasks as required by the line management.

Requirements:

  • Forklift License (Preferable but not essential)
  • English and Maths, GCSE Grade 4 (or equivalent)

Skills & Abilities:

  • Effective written and oral communication.
  • Computer Literate (MS Office Packages).
  • Multi-Skilled.
  • Good Communicator.
