We are seeking a skilled Drama Teacher to join our team at a great school in the West Midlands. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching Drama to students and contributing to the development of the school’s arts program.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach Drama to students at various levels, including GCSE and A-level

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to different learning styles

• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback

• Collaborate with colleagues to plan and deliver arts-related projects and events

Requirements:

• A formal teaching qualification with QTS (i.e. PGCE)

• Excellent subject knowledge and teaching skills

• Ability to work effectively with students, colleagues, and parents

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
