At Franco Manca, we are seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Pizza Chef to lead our pizzeria team in Lincoln. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Lead a team of chefs and work with a fire oven to produce high-quality pizzas
  • Maintain high health and safety and hygiene standards in the kitchen
  • Communicate effectively with the Restaurant Manager to ensure seamless service
  • Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes to drive sales and customer satisfaction
