Kenton Black Ltd is seeking a highly experienced Regional Health and Safety Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Health and Safety department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our employees and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain health, safety, and environmental processes across our residential projects.
- Collaborate with site-based management to deliver a safe and healthy working environment.
- Provide expert advice on project-specific health, safety, and environmental issues.
- Identify potential risks and areas for continuous improvement, implementing proactive measures to mitigate them.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of safety strategies across our site portfolio.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, from site managers to senior executives.
- Design and deliver bespoke training programs to enhance safety awareness and skills.
- Advise on Construction Design and Management (CDM) regulations and best practices.
Requirements
- NEBOSH Construction or General qualification (essential).
- Safety and Health Diploma qualification (NEBOSH, NVQ, NCRQ - preferable).
- Proven experience in construction projects and associated hazards (essential).
- Experience in housebuilding (preferable).
What We Offer
Kenton Black Ltd offers a competitive salary between £45,000 and £50,000 (dependent on experience), plus a car allowance, bonus, and other corporate benefits.
