About the Role:
As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our hotel. Your responsibilities will include:
- Establishing clear performance goals and inspiring, leading, and coaching a team of over 150 people to deliver exceptional results.
- Driving operational excellence in every aspect of our hotel.
- Ensuring the highest standards of safety for our guests and team members.
- Embedding and bringing to life our tools and initiatives that deliver the best possible guest experience.
