We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to join our team at Skilled Careers, working with a renowned stone and tiling specialist in Central London.
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in selling into the construction industry, with a proven ability to win large contracts and develop long-term customer relationships.
Main Responsibilities- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, driving sales growth and closing deals.
- Manage an annual budget of £15m-£20m, working across circa 20 deals per year with a value range of £0.5m to £5m.
- Collaborate with the Business Development Team to ensure pipeline numbers and weighted values are tracking budget for VCP.
- Continuously improve conversion ratios and identify new business opportunities in line with our strategic plan.
- Proven success in selling into the construction industry, with a strong network of contacts and relationships.
- Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to all levels of seniority.
- Ability to develop long-term customer relationships and identify new business opportunities.
- High levels of personal energy, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
