We are seeking a skilled Guillotine Operator to join our team at De La Rue. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe operation of our guillotines, maximizing output and quality, and maintaining the highest standards of production.

• Guillotine Operation and Maintenance: Ensure the guillotines are run in a safe and proper manner, maximizing efficiency and output while maintaining quality standards.
• Problem Solving and Technical Support: Identify technical problems and provide solutions to ensure minimal downtime and optimal production.
• Paperwork and Record Keeping: Control and monitor associated paperwork, ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks.
• Maintenance and Consumables Management: Maintain a schedule for guillotine maintenance and consumables, ensuring optimal performance and minimizing waste.
• Production Targets and Continuous Improvement: Meet production targets set by management and actively participate in continuous improvement activities to maintain the company's efficiency and competitiveness.

• Manufacturing Experience: Proven experience working in a manufacturing environment, operating mechanical equipment.
• Computer Literacy: Strong computer skills and ability to work with numbers.
• Attention to Detail: Good eyesight and attention to detail, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently.
• Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and management.
