System Engineer - New Graduate

Thales is seeking a talented and motivated System Engineer to join our team. As a System Engineer, you will play a critical role in designing and developing innovative solutions for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather customer requirements and develop technical specifications.
  • Support the development of solutions that meet customer needs and exceed expectations.
  • Participate in technical meetings and workshops to discuss customer solutions and provide input on system architecture.
  • Assist in the creation of lessons learned and process documentation to improve overall system development processes.
  • Support technical discussions and provide insight on customer needs to ensure successful solution delivery.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Electrical, Aerospace, or Aeronautics Engineering, or related discipline.
  • 0-2 years of professional experience in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate technical issues effectively.
  • Strong customer focus with the ability to develop innovative solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, autonomous environment and collaborate with different team members.
