Finance Manager Job Opportunity

RM Recruit is partnering with a forward-thinking international client to recruit a Finance Manager on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic business with a global presence and a strong focus on employee development.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and present management accounts, including detailed commentary and analysis.
  • Develop and maintain financial reports for stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate information.
  • Lead the finance team in support, training, and development, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
  • Oversee the annual and quarterly budgeting process, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting key trends and insights.
  • Ensure financial information is up-to-date and accurate, maintaining a high level of financial control and governance.
  • Continuously review and improve financial processes and procedures, identifying opportunities for efficiency and cost savings.
  • Collaborate with the wider business and stakeholders, promoting strong communication and partnerships between finance and other departments.
  • Develop and implement financial planning strategies, including cash flow management and forecasting.
  • Supervise the transactional team, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless operations.

The ideal candidate will possess strong finance knowledge, gained in a multi-subscriber or international environment. A recognized accounting qualification (ACA/CIMA/ACCA) is essential, although candidates with QBE or Part Qualified experience and strong finance skills will also be considered. Study support is available for those who wish to complete their papers.

The business offers a hybrid working model, with a mix of office and remote work. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a large, dynamic environment and will possess excellent communication and leadership skills.
