Position Overview:

After completing a comprehensive training program designed to set you up for success, you will become a vital member of one of our conveyancing teams. You will handle a diverse caseload that includes freehold, leasehold, newbuild, and shared ownership transactions, tailored to your level of expertise. Our performance-based bonus structure allows you to earn additional income on top of your base salary. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the sale and purchase process from initial instruction to completion, collaborating with mortgage brokers, estate agents, solicitors, and clients throughout the transaction.
  • Maintain proactive communication and build strong relationships with clients and third parties, keeping them informed of progress.
  • Deliver outstanding service to clients, introducers, and other stakeholders.
  • Identify potential risks and resolve issues while safeguarding the interests of clients and the firm.
  • Ensure all assigned files are organized and compliant with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and issue contract documentation for related sales.
  • Address any inquiries related to sales thoroughly.
  • Analyze search results effectively.
  • Exhibit exceptional organizational skills to meet exchange and completion targets in alignment with key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Coordinate with mortgage lenders regarding the disbursement of client funds.
  • Facilitate the exchange of contracts and legal completion.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in conveyancing, managing your own caseload.
  • A strong commitment to providing excellent client service.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • A keen eye for detail.

Employment Details:

This is a full-time, permanent position with a standard workweek from Monday to Friday.
