About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Estate Agent to join our Lettings team in Middlesbrough as a Lettings Negotiator. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a well-established and reputable estate agency, Bridgfords, and contribute to the success of our residential Lettings business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate and book valuations for properties
  • Conduct property viewings and negotiate agreements
  • Agree lets and progress them through to exchange and completion
Requirements
  • Preferably an experienced sales person with a proven track record of success
  • Able to generate new business in a target-driven environment
  • Outstanding customer care and customer service experience
  • Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • IT literate with proficiency in MS Office, internet, and email systems
  • A Full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle
