As a Product Owner at Bromcom Computers, you will collaborate within a Scrum Team to embody the product vision and advocate for customer needs, ensuring that our offerings align with business objectives and client expectations.
Your agile mindset and business-oriented approach will empower you to effectively communicate and define market needs, prioritize features during sprints, and guide the team in delivering exceptional products.
- Oversee and enhance the product backlog along with user stories for implementation.
- Engage with customers and end users to collect insights on desired product features, transforming these into actionable items for your backlog.
- Track the progress of product development and strategize for product launches.
- Facilitate backlog refinement sessions with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Participate in sprint planning and review meetings, providing feedback on the team's achievements.
- Champion new features by articulating customer expectations for both new and existing products.
- Clarify and specify product features in a manner that is easily comprehensible to the development team.
- Proactively assess and integrate necessary regulatory changes into development plans in a timely manner.
- Analyze customer feedback to identify features or components that significantly enhance product value.
- Continuously share ideas with internal and external stakeholders.
- Evaluate the product value stream to pinpoint areas for improvement.
- Take ownership of relevant KPIs, ensuring all developments are aligned to enhance performance with clear metrics and tracking mechanisms.
- Formulate and execute action plans to generate and sustain demand for the product.
- Ensure that implemented product features deliver value to end users and contribute positively to company returns.
- Organize feedback sessions with stakeholders post-sprint and release, compiling reports for the agile management and development teams.
- Provide management and stakeholders with updates on product development activities.
- Leadership: Ability to inspire and guide the product development team.
- Analytical: Proficient in conducting surveys to identify the most suitable features for products.
- Interpersonal: Capable of collaborating with user groups and scrum teams to gather and analyze user stories.
