FPGA Verification Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled FPGA Verification Specialist to join our dynamic team at ARM. As a key member of our FPGA Prototyping verification team, you will play a crucial role in driving the verification of SoC RTL designs modified for FPGA implementation.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain SoC verification testbench
- Integrate third-party VIPs and write test cases in C
- Reuse C test cases from internal IP SoC frontend team
- Create test plans and develop tools using scripting languages like Python, Perl, and Shell
- Collaborate with engineers from other teams to lead verification efforts
- Mentor and coach junior members of the team
- Experience working with embedded C++ based SoC verification environments
- Knowledge of systems using AMBA bus standards (e.g., AXI, AHB, APB)
- Extensive experience in relevant verification, including technical team leadership, mentoring, or coaching junior engineers
- Understanding of computer architecture fundamentals
- Experience with Tcl, Python, or other scripting languages
- Exposure to all stages of verification (requirements collection, verification methodology plans, test plans, testbench implementation, test case development, documentation, and support)
- Experience with ARM-based designs and/or ARM System Architectures
- Familiarity with ARM debugger and trace features (e.g., ARM DS, DSTREAM)
- Experience with verification methodologies (UVMOVM)
