Compensation: £24,500 - £27,050 per annum plus additional company benefits
This role is accessible for candidates commuting from various locations.
We are looking for a Collections Account Manager to join a dynamic financial services firm. The ideal candidate will possess experience in Collections, Credit Control, or a related field.
Key Duties:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone and email from individuals experiencing financial challenges
- Process card payments or establish payment arrangements
- Demonstrate empathy towards clients in sensitive situations
- Accurately document conversations and administrative tasks
- Identify potential complaints and risks, reporting them to the team leader
- Evaluate processes for potential improvements
Candidate Profile:
- Exceptional interpersonal abilities to build rapport at all levels
- Outstanding customer service aptitude
- Ability to recognize and resolve issues with keen attention to detail
- Resilient, driven, and possesses a strong work ethic
- Professional demeanor and appearance
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a complaints or collections environment
- Experience managing a high volume of customer interactions
- Possession of a full UK driving license and access to a vehicle
