**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Chef to join our culinary team at Philema Hospitality Management Enterprise. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing menus in collaboration with colleagues, ensuring the adequacy of supplies at cooking stations, and maintaining strict health and hygiene standards.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Prepare menus in collaboration with colleagues.
  • Ensure the adequacy of supplies at cooking stations.
  • Prepare ingredients that should be frequently available (vegetables, spices, etc.).
  • Follow the guidance of senior chefs and contribute to new presentation ideas or dishes.
  • Optimize the cooking process with attention to speed and quality.
  • Enforce strict health and hygiene standards.
  • Contribute to maintaining a climate of smooth and friendly cooperation.
  • Perform any other duties as required.
