About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Haven Allhallows Leisure Park. As a key member of our Food and Beverage Team, you will be responsible for leading our culinary operations and ensuring that our guests receive an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement menus that showcase our brand's culinary expertise and appeal to a wide range of tastes and dietary requirements.
  • Lead a team of chefs and kitchen staff to ensure that all food is prepared to the highest standards of quality, presentation, and safety.
  • Manage kitchen inventory, supplies, and equipment to optimize efficiency and minimize waste.
  • Collaborate with our Food and Beverage Manager to develop and implement strategies to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Ensure that all health and safety protocols are followed and that the kitchen is maintained in a clean and organized manner.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a senior chef in a high-volume kitchen environment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene protocols.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
