Senior Quantity Surveyor - Commercial Expert

Cavendish Nuclear is seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team in the UK. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in driving commercial excellence and strategic value across our projects.

About the Role:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement commercial strategies that drive business growth and profitability
  • Provide expert commercial management and support to project teams, ensuring effective contract management and compliance
  • Manage and mitigate commercial risks, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders, ensuring that commercial interests are aligned and mutually beneficial

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in quantity surveying and commercial management, with a strong understanding of NEC3 contracts
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate commercial risks
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work

Security Clearance:

The successful candidate must achieve and maintain SC security clearance.
