We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Complete Care Amegreen. As a Complex Care Assistant, you will have the opportunity to develop and enhance your skills in various complex areas, including tracheotomy, ventilation, seizure management, and stoma care.

Our clients require support with a range of complex needs, including spinal cord injuries, muscular dystrophy, and acquired brain injuries. You will work in the community and in clients' homes, providing personalized care and support to enhance their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

As a Care Assistant, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing high-quality care and support to clients with complex needs
  • Developing and implementing personalized care plans to meet clients' unique requirements
  • Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting any changes or concerns to the care team
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience working with catheter care, moving and handling equipment, and bowel management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Compassionate and empathetic approach to care
