Key Responsibilities:
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure full compliance with Ofsted regulations, leading inspections and implementing necessary improvements.
- Leadership: Provide strong leadership to the staff team, fostering a positive working environment and overseeing recruitment and training.
- Child-Centered Care: Guarantee that children receive the highest standard of care and develop individualized care plans.
- Quality Assurance: Maintain systems for monitoring care quality, conducting audits, and implementing improvements.

- Financial Management: Efficiently manage the budget for the children's home, ensuring resources are allocated effectively.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare or equivalent.
- Significant experience in a management role within a residential childcare environment.
- Proven success in Ofsted inspections and compliance.
- Strong understanding of relevant legislation governing children's homes.

- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting children's welfare.
