Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Family Law Solicitor to join our expanding team in Edinburgh. As a Family Law Solicitor, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and representation to clients in financial provision on divorce and child law cases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice and representation to clients in financial provision on divorce and child law cases
  • Conduct research and analysis to stay up-to-date with changes in family law
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders
  • Work collaboratively with other lawyers and support staff to achieve team goals

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' post-qualification experience in family law
  • Experience in financial provision on divorce and child law cases
  • Strong knowledge of family law and Court of Session procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
