We are pleased to announce a remarkable opportunity to become a part of our dedicated Theatre team at One Healthcare Partners Limited as a Healthcare Assistant on a flexible bank arrangement. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting theatre practitioners and medical professionals to deliver exceptional personalized care to our patients.

Working Hours: Flexible shifts based on operational needs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the surgical team, including the scrub nurse and surgeon, during operations while monitoring and documenting clinical observations
  • Ensure accurate labeling and preparation of specimens for collection
  • Facilitate the efficient management of clinical waste
  • Restock clinical and support areas as necessary
  • Engage in audit and administrative duties
  • Maintain precise documentation of patient interactions and treatments
  • Support the upkeep of surgical records and appointment scheduling
  • Perform additional tasks as directed

Essential Skills:

  • Compassionate, patient-oriented, and customer-focused
  • Basic proficiency in computer usage
  • Effective written and verbal communication abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the private healthcare sector
