We are pleased to announce a remarkable opportunity to become a part of our dedicated Theatre team at One Healthcare Partners Limited as a Healthcare Assistant on a flexible bank arrangement. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting theatre practitioners and medical professionals to deliver exceptional personalized care to our patients.
Working Hours: Flexible shifts based on operational needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the surgical team, including the scrub nurse and surgeon, during operations while monitoring and documenting clinical observations
- Ensure accurate labeling and preparation of specimens for collection
- Facilitate the efficient management of clinical waste
- Restock clinical and support areas as necessary
- Engage in audit and administrative duties
- Maintain precise documentation of patient interactions and treatments
- Support the upkeep of surgical records and appointment scheduling
- Perform additional tasks as directed
Essential Skills:
- Compassionate, patient-oriented, and customer-focused
- Basic proficiency in computer usage
- Effective written and verbal communication abilities
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the private healthcare sector
- Background in a healthcare or hospital setting
