We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join our team at International Motors Ltd. This is a pivotal role in supporting the establishment of a start-up passenger vehicle brand, leveraging our partnership with a leading EV technology manufacturer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive brand platform, aligning with product and company objectives.
  • Design and implement seamless customer journeys, both online and offline, for B2B and B2C audiences.
  • Manage departmental budgets, tracking spend and analyzing performance with the Senior Business Partner.
  • Drive departmental KPIs, focusing on lead generation and sales growth, in line with company objectives and product performance.
  • Oversee channel execution, including national and regional marketing activities, to deliver a cohesive cross-channel strategy.
  • Brief and manage agencies to ensure content meets brand platform expectations.
  • Produce artwork, images, videos, and text for various business areas.
  • Adapt national campaigns for sales channels and source paid media activity across traditional and digital channels.
  • Organize brand inclusion in relevant events, from opportunity identification to post-event reviews.
  • Manage partnerships to maximize brand exposure.
  • Maintain brand websites and create social media content and creative.
  • Collaborate with sales to ensure retailers have consistent brand and marketing materials.
  • Support retail network with local marketing activities and promote Aftersales, Accessories, and Parts sales.
  • Coach and train staff/dealers on marketing elements and ensure consistency in brand messaging.
  • Establish measurements and reports to identify marketing effectiveness.
  • Produce management reports and presentations as required by senior management.

Requirements:

  • 4 years' experience in marketing or a marketing agency, preferably with motor industry experience.
  • Degree-educated with a business or marketing background.
  • Experience in social media, its role in the marketing mix, and effective use.
  • Ability to analyze data, formulate messaging, and communicate effectively.
  • Excellent people skills.

  • Strong interest in motor vehicles, with EV experience an advantage.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Creative thinker and passionate about marketing.
  • Ability to use initiative and refer matters when necessary.
  • Good knowledge and examples of success in national and local marketing.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Ability to influence others and challenge views while retaining confidence and respect.
  • Strong budgetary control.
  • Organized and structured, with high energy levels.
  • Excellent communication skills in verbal and written formats.
