Credit Control Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Billing and Credit Control Assistant to join our team at Artemis Human Capital. As a key member of our Working Capital Management Team, you will be responsible for ensuring all billing and credit control activities run smoothly and on time.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare, post, and issue client bills, including handling complex multi-matter billing
- Lead the charge on e-billing administration, ensuring seamless processing
- Report monthly KPIs on billing performance, helping to streamline processes
- Take charge of credit control, chasing down overdue payments in a professional and efficient manner
- Issue client statements and resolve any billing queries that come your way
- Manage the shared billing mailbox, ensuring no query goes unanswered
You have proven current experience in financial administration, billing, or credit control. Experience in billing or credit control is important, but full training is provided. You will have the chance to make an impact from day one, with opportunities to learn, grow, and contribute to the firm's financial success.
